Andrew is the Managing Director and Principal Consultant of Rubus Consultants and has almost 19 years of experience within the fields of HR and L&D with a proven record of accomplishment and success within the Global IT Hardware, Military, Telecommunications, Consultancy and Service industries.

He has worked for many blue chip companies such as Ericsson, Alcatel Telecom, Serco, Dell, British Energy and British Airports Authority as well as for national government agencies and departments – ODPM, Dstl and Estyn.
