Ng Cheng Leong has over 3 decades of professional engineering and operations management experience in the oil & gas, refinery, petro-chemical and power/utilities industries. He has lead the engineering, process, projects and HSE functions including roles as Loss Prevention Manager and leadership roles in Fire Safety Management. Cheng Leong has a Masters Degree in Engineering from Carnegie-Mellon University. He is Committee Member, Society of Loss Prevention, Singapore, Registered Safety officer with Ministry of Manpower, Approved Safety Auditor by Ministry of Manpower, Approved Trainer by Ministry of Manpower for safety courses including safety officer training course and safety management course. He is an approved Auditor by the Ministry of Environment. Cheng Leong consults and trains on HSE and Fire Safety Management in Asia and th e US. He is a Citizen of Singapore with a Permanent Residency in the US.
