Profile: Gayatri Sriram

Gayatri Sriram, Talent Development Consultant, has an MBA from University of Houston, Texas, U.S.A and has been involved with human capital management for over 12 years in U.S.A and India.

She has initiated, developed and delivered effective training programs to consultants and employees who have gone on to successful assignments with world class organizations such as the World Bank, AT&T, Motorola, BEA Systems, Cisco Systems, Sun Microsystems and Caterpillar, SAAG Oil and Gas Malaysia/, SAAG RR Infra Ltd among others.

Her work experience in Resource Management has given her a thorough grounding in the realities of doing business in a highly competitive environment. Her prior experience in Sales and Marketing gives her a deep appreciation of the returns on investment of training. This adds value to clients by improving the effectiveness of the programs. She has conducted Management training programs specifically Human Capital related programs including programs on risk and management interventions for the retail and other industries.
